As the year comes to a close

Connie here.

One of my favorite things about December is the slow down. The days are shorter; the weather, colder. There’s a yearning to pause and reflect on the bigger picture. As someone who can barely recall what I did last weekend, this type of work is even more important.

While this year’s market was a tough one with limited inventory and the interest rate hikes, which affects those buying and selling alike, we found moments to persevere, get creative, and make things happen. We built partnership with lenders and vendors to meet our clients’ specific needs and budgets, strategized new marketing initiatives even into the nitty gritty details like negotiating longer staging contracts with more flexible terms on behalf of our clients.

We grew! With a presence and suite of services now in the Peninsula and Los Angeles, our core value remains the same — to provide our clients with all of the information and options to make the most informed and empowered decisions.

As you reflect on this past year, in what moments did you persevere?

Cheers,

Connie
